These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) including the Privacy Policy govern the offer and sale of products on carusocreations.com (the Website).

As a Customer please read these T&Cs carefully before ordering any Products on this website. By ordering any of our Products on the Website, you as a Customer agree to be bound by these T&Cs including the Privacy Policy.

T&Cs are those of Caruso Creations Sas, under French law, 9 place des Vosges 75004 Paris France, registered under company number 917 679 854 R.C.S. Paris, acting on behalf of Caruso Lao Sole Co.,Ltd, Nongbouathong neua village, Unit 49, Homp 14, Vientiane Capital, LAO PDR, (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Use of the Website is subject to the following legal terms.

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights, including trademarks, domain names, logos, texts, images, videos, graphs, files (the “Contents”) displayed on or available from the Website belong to the Company.

Contents included on the Website may be accessed by you for your own internal non-commercial use only. You may not copy, perform, publish, modify, transfer, create derivative works from, commercially exploit or otherwise use in whole or part any Content, products or services obtained from the Website. You may not delete or alter, in part or in whole, any copyright, trade mark, intellectual property or other legal notices from any part of the Website. You are prohibited from using the Contents for any purpose including, but not limited to use on other pages or websites on the Internet.

Use of any external links is at your own risk. We do not guarantee their content, availability and reliability.

You will keep any password assigned to you which permits access to the Website’s account section strictly confidential and shall not divulge it to any other person.

Unauthorized use of the Website is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, computer systems or networks connected to the Website, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You must not use these facilities to commit or encourage a criminal offence, to insert, transmit or distribute viruses or corrupt data or to send any unsolicited advertisement or other promotional material.

You agree that you will not engage in any activities related to the Website that are contrary to applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these legal terms.

The Company may terminate your access and use of the Website at any time without notice.

The collections presented on the Website offer a set of unique products (« the Products ») within the limits of available stocks. Each Product being handmade by craftsmen from different logs of wood, is not exactly identical to the Product of the same style displayed on the Website. Before the Company ships the Products ordered on the Website you may ask to get photographs of the Products that will be shipped. If you refuse these Products totally or partially, you can cancel the order of the Products refused and be reimbursed before we ship them.

The prices are those in force at the time of registration of the order.

Customers will be charged in the currency selected by them on the Website.

For any promotion code issued to a Customer, the Company does not offer cash or store credit alternative.

In case of purchase from abroad, the Customer becomes an importer in his country; he will then have to pay all importation taxes according to the legislation in force in his country.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that the Company has received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by the Compny. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. The online payment of the order is made by payment card. The validity of an order is subject to the payment of the total price of the Products ordered by the Customer. If your order is not cancelled and once your order has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your goods.

Payments made by payment card on the Website are made through the secure payment provider Stripe. Depending on the issuer of your bank card, bank charges may be applied to you, over which we have no influence and which are not refundable.

Promote codes are only valid for specific Products or on specific occasions, while stocks last. They cannot be combined with other promotions. You can only use one promote code per order.

Products are for you own personal use and not for resale or used for other purposes. For safety reasons, the Company reserves the right to restrict multiple purchases of one style made by the same Customer or to be shipped to the same shipping address.

Your payment is debited at the time of the order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. In case of error, the Company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the order.

Risk passes to the customer on delivery of the items; any damage prior to delivery is our responsibility; any damage posterior to delivery is your responsibility.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the address of delivery specified by the customer. All international orders are shipped via the carrier selected by the Company . Upon receipt of the products, you are responsible for immediately checking the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the products ordered in the presence of the carrier. In case of anomaly (damaged parcel, damaged or broken product), you must specify detailed reservations on the delivery note presented by the carrier and confirm them within three calendar days from delivery by email to sales@carusocreations.com. Failing to follow this procedure, no claim will be accepted.

We aim to have your order with you within 7 calendar days from the time you place your order, and within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement you entered into within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the last goods ordered, without giving any reason. Cancellation must be clearly communicated in writing to sales@carusocreations.com before expiry of the withdrawal period.

The goods must be returned ( this means received by the Company) 14 calendar days from the date the cancellation is communicated to the Company, as per the Order cancellation article. We do not issue any refunds if the goods are received later than 14 calendar days from the written communication of the cancelation of an order.

Products should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product, in one shipment and a copy of the invoice included in your parcel. They should be returned, new, undamaged, unused, not soiled with all the accessories provided, at your own expense and under your responsibility to : Caruso Lao Sole Ltd., Nongbouathong neua village, Unit 49, Homp 14, Vientiane Capital, LAO PDR.

Returns that are incomplete, worn, soiled, stained or degraded, without their original packaging are not refunded or exchanged. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our returns policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return. All items returned will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products for which we have accepted your return request.

The content included on the Website is provided without any warranty that it is complete or up to date. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion and without any notice requirement to change content included in this Website.

The Company will not be liable for any damages whether arising out of your use or delay or inability to use this Website or its content. The Company does not take responsibility for any event which is outside its reasonable control nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.

From time to time, the Company may change these T&Cs without any notice requirement. Any changes to the T&Cs will be posted on the Website and any use by you of the Website after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed to indicate your agreement to the modified T&Cs, but will not affect any orders already placed by you. If you do not agree to the modified Y&Cs, you should cease use of this Website.

In the event of litigation, you commit yourself in the first place to seek in good faith to settle your dispute directly with the Company after having formally contacted us at sales@carusocreations.com in order to find an amicable solution.

These T&Cs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the courts of France. The courts of France shall have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with these T&Cs.
