You may not copy, perform, publish, modify, transfer, create derivative works from, commercially exploit or otherwise use in whole or part any Content, products or services obtained from this Website. You may not delete or alter, in part or in whole, any copyright, trade mark, intellectual property or other legal notices from any part of this Website. You are prohibited from using the Contents for any purpose including, but not limited to use on other pages or websites on the Internet.

Unique products

The collections presented on the Website offer a set of unique products within the limits of available stocks. Each product being handmade by craftsmen, is not exactly identical to another product of the same style. In the event of an almost simultaneous order of the same item by several customers, the first customer will benefit from the product presented on the Website, the following customers will be offered a similar product of the same style. If you refuse this product similar to the product ordered, you can cancel the order of this product and be reimbursed within 15 days following the notification of your disagreement.

Pricing policy

The prices are those in force at the time of registration of the order.

Customers will be charged in USD or EUR depending the currency selected on the Website. For those customers with payment methods not denominated in these currencies, the final price paid will depend on the exchange rate on the day the purchase has been made.

For any promotion code issued to you, We do not offer cash or store credit alternative.

In case of purchase from abroad (outside Laos), the customer becomes an importer in his country; he will then have to pay all local taxes according to the legislation in force in his country.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that We have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by Us. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. The online payment of the order is made by credit card. The validity of an order is subject to the payment of the total price of the products ordered by the customer. If your order is not cancelled and once your order has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your goods.

Payments made by credit card on the Website are made through the secure payment provider Stripe. Depending on the issuer of your bank card, bank charges may be applied to you, over which we have no influence and which are not refundable.

Promote codes are only valid for specific products or on specific occasions, while stocks last. They cannot be combined with other promotions. You can only use one promote code per order.

Products are for you own personal use and not for resale or used for other purposes. For safety reasons, We reserve the right to restrict multiple purchases of one style made by the same customer or to be shipped to the same shipping address.

Your payment is debited at the time of the order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. In case of error, we cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the order.

Risk passes to the customer on delivery of the items; any damage prior to delivery is our responsibility; any damage posterior to delivery is your responsibility.

Delivery

Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the address of delivery specified by the customer. All international orders are shipped via DHL express. Upon receipt of the products, you are responsible for immediately checking the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the products ordered in the presence of the carrier. In case of anomaly (damaged parcel, damaged or broken product), you must specify detailed reservations on the delivery note presented by the carrier and confirm them within three calendar days from delivery by email to sales@carusocreations.com. Failing to follow this procedure, no claim will be accepted.

We aim to have your order with you within 5-7 working days from the time you place your order, and within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

Order cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement you entered into within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the last goods ordered, without giving any reason. Cancellation must be clearly communicated in writing to sales@carusocreations.com before expiry of the withdrawal period.

Returns

The goods must be returned ( this means received by Us) 14 calendar days from the date the cancellation is communicated to Us, as per the Order cancellation article. We do not issue any refunds if the goods are received later than 14 calendar days from the written communication of the cancelation of an order.

Products should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product, in one shipment and a copy of the invoice included in your parcel. They should be returned, new, undamaged, unused, not soiled with all the accessories provided, at your own expense and under your responsibility to : Caruso Lao Sole Ltd., Nongbouathong neua village, Unit 49, Homp 14, Vientiane Capital, LAO PDR.

Returns that are incomplete, worn, soiled, stained or degraded, without their original packaging are not refunded or exchanged. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our returns policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return. All items returned will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products for which we have accepted your return request.

Liability

The content included on this Website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not give any  warranty that the content included in this Website is complete or up to date. We reserve the right in Our sole discretion and without any notice requirement to change content included in this Website.

We will not be liable for any damages whether arising out of your use or delay or inability to use this Website or its content. We do not take responsibility for any event which is outside Our reasonable control nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.

Disclaimer

From time to time, We may change these legal terms without any notice requirement. Any changes to these legal terms will be posted on this Website and any use by you of this Website after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed to indicate your agreement to the modified legal terms, but will not affect any orders already placed by you. In the event of litigation, you commit yourself in the first place to seek in good faith to settle your dispute directly with Caruso Lao after having formally contacted them at sales@carusocreations.com in order to find an amicable solution.

Legal governance

These legal terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the courts of Luxembourg. The courts of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with these conditions.
